The open plan kitchen is the perfect space for entertaining. It is fully equipped with a Bertazzoni Professional Series 120cm induction top + griddle, electric double oven Range Cooker, 2 x Bosch silent dishwashers, an integrated NEF microwave, an American Fridge Freezer which dispenses both ice and filtered water, Tassimo coffee machine (capsules supplied), as well as instant coffee, teabags and sugar.

Cooking utensils, pots, pans, crockery, cutlery and glassware are provided, as well as essentials such as salt, pepper, ketchup, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, bin bags, kitchen roll, rubber gloves, dishcloths, baking paper, tin foil, oven gloves and tea towels.

The striking focal point within the Farmhouse is the double-sided fireplace, crafted from natural stone and complemented with the rustic elegance of oak. This architectural centrepiece radiates warmth and charm, seamlessly connecting living spaces with its dual-sided design.

The fireplace is both a functional masterpiece and a remarkable design feature.

Inside the cosy snug you will find a 55" OLED Smart TV with access to the internet, Netflix and Spotify. HDMI cable also supplied.

There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, ideal for those with mobility issues. Bedroom 1 & 2 both sleeps 3 guests via 1 king size bed and 1 single bed.

On the first floor you will find an additional 4 bedrooms. Bedroom 3 sleeps 5 guests via 1 king size bed and 3 single beds. Bedrooms 4 & 5 both & 6 sleep 3 guests via 1 king size bed and 1 single bed.
